Rupeya, Daulat, Takat milne se log badalte nahi hai ... log zahir ho jate hain..

I heard this well on a Youtube video by Zaid Hamid(The most unpopular Man in India whereas being the most liked Man in Pakistan). Being an Indian still I kinda like him not because of HATE words against India but because of his speaking with conviction and effectively pesuading me sometimes through. Well I am not here to talk about, I don't want people talking about Indo-Pak politics on my blog.

For the people who don't understand desi (Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu), it means Getting money, power etc doesn't change people, it a just reveals their true nature. This statement works everywhere ranging from country politics to local office politics.

The problem with PEOPLE is that they think they are in POWER (Especially in Democratic Nations) but the fact is that every organization (Be it country, company or any other kind of organization) is divided into Minority of Directors and Majority of being Directed. If one looks at the Indian political system, there are corrupt politicians (According to Ayn Rand, The LOOTERS of the society) like Lalu Prasad Yadav, Sharad Pawar etc about who everybody know this fact but still they have been in power and corrupting the whole nation.

Well I thought about it that in a country like India its pretty easy to become powerful. Simplest way is to make PEOPLE depend on YOU, give them a favor or lend money etc, this would definitely lead to you becoming popular and powerful in the region. The biggest example I heard was from Haryana(India) where a national industrialist, Naveen jindal, MP from Kurukstatra gives Rs 5000(approx $120) to every villager who's daughter is getting married. The villager needs to just give him a card for the marriage which ofcourse he would not attend and in exachage would give the villager the cheque. Well similarly there are other ways also. Like be an expert in something i.e provide scarce resources. This way would definitely lead to become a powerful person in the organization you work for. Well here is a fictional character called Ellsworth Toohey (The Fountainhead) who became popular by the using the fact that in every orgamnization the people of are very skilled, are respected, and therefore if a person has alternative motive, as he was, can take the advantage of the situation, as he does in the end. You are basically an Expert if you are to provide scarce resources or you are able to statisfy the strategic needs of the company like Toohey does by inputting his ideas to incease the ciculation of the newspapers.

Well I would like to finish with this amazing saying by Niccoló Macchiavelli "There is no other way for securing yourself against flatteries except that men understand that they do not offend you by telling you the truth; but when everybody can tell you the truth, you fail to get respect.”
